Planning and Preparation
Many people don’t take the time to learn about the company
at which they are interviewing. Interviewers pick up on this right away.
It shows a lack of enthusiasm on your part. Dressing appropriately
(correct attire for this particular company’s atmosphere and corporate
culture) is often overlooked!

Interview Questions
Although you can never predict what questions will be
asked, you can prepare yourself to respond well to just about anything
that might come up. What’s the best preparation? Know yourself well, have
an appreciation of your God-given abilities, be able to respond honestly
and appropriately to questions.

The offer
When you get an offer of employment during the interview process, the
temptation to say “Yes” on the spot is hard to resist, especially if you
have been out of work for a while. This might be the right thing to do!
Or . . . it might not! Learn how to manage competing offers with tact and
confidence.
